We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that has not been worn other than to try on. We do make exceptions in cases where manufacturer's defects cause a pair of socks to perform below a reasonably expected level of performance. Any refund on returns will be minus the shipping charges incurred to get the socks to you. Contact us immediately because we want you AND your feet to be happy.
